do you plan on making a katana next
yeah thanks for the suggestion, i got it to work when i did this which is basically the closest you can get to the old particle
"ExplosionEffect" "ExplosionCore_wall"
"ExplosionPlayerEffect" "ExplosionCore_wall" used to be "ExplosionCore_MidAir"
"ExplosionWaterEffect" "ExplosionCore_wall"used to be "ExplosionCore_MidAir_underwater"
i guess its got something to do with my config or something, because ive seen people that use dxlevel 90 and for them it doesn't show up
it only occurs if you hit a direct rocket/pipe or detonate a sticky mid-air, the big orange "bubble" effect, thats what i want to get rid of

i think its that
thanks for the help, but i really prefer how the default explosion looks over the script
does anyone know how to disable this:

i made it so it didnt show the particle by having dxlevel90 in the launch options but this method stopped working for me for whatever reason so i wondered if anyone found a way to disable it maybe a command or something because its incredibly distracting (i highly prefer having the default explosion over the modded one as its easier for me to know the splash range)

Czech etf2l high roamer, got to playoffs in season 24 by pure luck. Trying to stream more regularly over the offseason/season 25.
Mostly streaming dm before matches, scrims, matchmaking with my ciclejerk maybe some pugs aswell.
Also if you could change my name to "milkyeu" on the sidebar that would be nice (so people don't confuse me with the aussie milky thats also playing in etf2l)
Thanks in advance.
hi, basically im trying to encode a raw 1080p avi file from sony vegas. i do that part but everytime i upload it to youtube it gets destroyed, like really badly.
basically, only thing i tried so far is changing the bitrate ranging from like 18 000 all the way to 26k
but everytime the video ends up being the same awful quality
this is the last video for reference, where i used 26 000: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4dcKOsCSN8
also the handbrake settings (sorry for the enormous image):

and yeah, im kinda lost here because in windows it looks great and all. is there something im missing here, because my older videos didnt get destroyed as much and they were done basically the same way
edit: also the audio seems to be completely fucked aswell???
edit2: ok the audio is messed up because of me
