The all in one isn't as bad as it seems, but I understand why you're not happy with it.
FzeroHow the fuck are you getting 5mb up with TWC?
I live in a small apartment complex where all users are forced to use TWC, as it comes free with the apartment. I pay a small fee to upgrade it from the base rate, which is something really crappy like 10Mbps down, 1Mbps up.

dianaLangeUntil we have the resources to create a system to monitor all 12 POVs at once and switch to them BEFORE the action occurs, action will always get missed. There is simply no way around it in a first-person game as fast-paced as this. I honestly believe that what we do now provides the best viewing experience.might be missing something obvious here, but does anyone remember the "huge status monitor" sigma made a while back? it got used for all of like three extv casts ever and then never used again for whatever reason, despite those being the best camera'd casts i have probably ever seen
i'd really love to see that make a return, because though i realize the ones manning the camera are doing the best they can, i'd much rather see a scout picking up a few frags at the end of a fight than a soldier equalize out of mid for 5 seconds while his teammates clean up
i've tried using it in the past. it's tough to set up.
i'll give it another go this weekend and see if we can integrate it in.
also, interesting idea shrugger but most people who want to hear the casting are actually watching the stream. the number of people looking to sync the two up are few.
Pretty good cast! I enjoyed your low voice rofl
Glad to see you streaming! Are you playing pocket this season?
You could start directing them here. After all, this is the hub for comp TF2. Also, we have a mentoring subforum.
DunderBroZillyhooQuestion to people here, does STAR_ ever stream? and if so why not help support comp tf2 by streaming on twitch.tv?he does stream it just doesn't show up on the stream section :)
if you check star's last few broadcasts on twitch you'll see that he doesn't do much TF2
it could be a good idea to have a set list of questions beforehand but keep the entire thing open to more questions and discussion. so before the event you set it up like fully charged and let people ask questions in a thread. then, come the actual thing you either read off questions or accept questions from people there.
it may be also be a good idea to stream this and save the vods for others to see. if you want to try this on Saturday i will likely be around and would be happy to answer questions for people.
and then we could also sit in a pub server like the TFTV one
#5 it would be a lot more interesting if Mad Men were in Invite instead of sandbagging IM
I wrote a pred on the reddit page. Check it out.
