Gunbladelook at the top left of his screen. some hud elements are still drawing. seems like a default tf2 hud issue or this guy has his hud installed completely wrong.
might be completely wrong though
It seems to be the killfeed, but only a part of the right side. The 52 is FPS of mumble overlay
