shinji finding the strength to press on after he saw how much people care for him was pretty sweet. the ending is really good, seeing gendo realize that everything he was looking for all this time was in shinji makes him an even more tragic character. asuka being a clone like rei was also surprising but in hindsight it makes sense. yui and gendo reuniting while saving shinji so he could live was nice. seeing the main cast n years after they reverted the second impact was a really good way to end the evangelion rebuilds.
overall a very solid 9/10

the reason for weapons being banned is that they are either, overpowered, break the game or are annoying to play against.
The base jumper is banned because it makes you really hard to kill and makes medic even more of a pain to play.
In this case the weapon is boring to play against and overpowered.

Correction on the Dragon's Fury crosshair: The red square approximates where the fireball would be fired from, since they fire to the lower right of the crosshair.
dragons fury is a very useful weapon in 6s
