Needing some feedback for Soldier movement.

BurnCastlereakoIf your problem is prediction, then just play more soldier.
Not problem, I already have a lot hours as him, and predicting rocket is probably my strongest ability.
reakoIf your problem is mouse control, find a better sensitivity.
Not problem here as well, I have a fine mouse sensitivity in my opinion.
