IsoInteresting change to the sewer in cp_process_final

Seems to be the only difference from what I've found so far.

That makes sense. The map was designed that you could just walk up that like a ramp before so changing it to fit makes sense.

Yeah. Let's be honest very few if any soldiers are going to switch off of Escape Plan because it is so much better then the Shovel. Mini-crits won't make much difference.

The minicrits do matter because of the lack of range fall off making retreating much harder, but as the soldier whip thing is banned, I still think the Escape Plan will be used.

It makes it harder but that is good because previously it was a straight upgrade.

every class has at least one upgrade melee except spy and spycicle is debatable

soldier's is the only one that get nerfed

Yeah but all of those melee's had something that at least made it seem like a sidegrade: GRU: Mini crits for 6 seconds, FOS: Slower switch times, Amputator: Who uses taunts, etc...

But despite the downsides people still use them because they were better then the defaults. The same goes for the Escape Plan now.

Also, what does "Über now affects the medic when there's no heal target" mean?

When ubering on the QF it increases heal rate on target and medic. Previously if there was no target then there wouldn't be increased healing on med.

- Über now affects the medic when there's no heal target

Wait...did they just make the QF a viable choice?

50% overheal means 25% of base health. Heavy=300+75=375 hp heavy being healed 100.8 hp per second. Yep I think this might be good for last holds if you wipe on mid.
