Also i recommend you tell people more about yourself, such as what class you play, what times you can play, things along those lines.

Has it been occurring more frequently during longer periods of gaming, is it something that only occurs when gaming? Just look back to points during your life and see if its been around forever or has only been a problem since you started playing games.
