I used to play a couple years ago. Since then I have played Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. These are both very team-based games as well, and incorporate some of the same team dynamics. In Dota 2 I played mid and in Counter-Strike I coached a few teams (and may still be).

My record only shows that I played in steel leagues seasons ago, and that is because I didn't have the time to devote to playing with a team. Back then, I was playing pugs with platinum, open, and IM players many times throughout the day. I just played in the leagues with friends for something fun to do. If you look at my logs right now, I may be dropping ubers because my mouse is a little broken at the moment. Sometimes the right click decides to only work 50% of the time, so that is something I am going to have to replace.

With a team, I am sure that I can fit in really well. I'm personal, and play much better in a structured format than in a pug.

I put a ref in one pot and nobody else bet so I was returned the ref by trade offer instantly.

I put a ref in another pot and won either (1) my ref back, one ref, a festivizer, and a fast learner or (2) my ref back, one rec, a festivizer, and a faster learner. Either way, I won things and should get a return trade offer. As you can see, I used to play TF2 years ago and am trying to get back into the game. I only played at a silver level years ago because I couldn't put time into playing the game too much. Currently, I am looking to join a gold team for 6's if I can get on one before the deadline.

I will not just accept a team based on highest division, probably a team based on skill level, even if it is steel. This is because I don't want to play on a bad team that is in a good league, I would rather have fun winning in a lower league.
