honestly if you manage to get 500+ FPS, it'll be like the game is in slow-mo and you'll move slower, so shoot for 121 - 300.

keep a positive attitude and practice. Try not change any settings unless absolutely necessary. Such as sensitivity, it is preference to a large extent. It won't happen over night, just keep with it.
