He made huge progress over the course of the season. He's a roamer that talks which I think is too rare. Definitely a nice guy and a good teammate. He's not going to carry on roamer in IM but he definitely does his job and will probably be very successful with the right group.

Elk grove is like an hour in the wrong direction from woodland though. Your best bets are probably Davis or Woodland itself. If you want to do something closer to downtown sac there are parts of Natomas that aren't awful. The suburbs of Sacramento go East towards Roseville and South towards Elk Grove. There really isn't anything between Natomas and Woodland.
