I dunno, I make the changes in BIOS and then it just doesn't take effect when I save and reboot.
Its an i5-4670K and my mobo is Gigabyte Z97M-D3H.
My PSU is pretty bad, which may have an effect I guess (I'm not really an expert as you can tell)

I'm looking to upgrade my cpu since my current won't overclock.
How a big a difference would an i7-6700K make as opposed to an i7-4790K for playing mainly TF2/CS:GO and a bit of streaming/video editing?
