MultipleEntendreMy major issue with Comcast is that starting last month I can no longer watch live streams on Twitch.tv in anything higher than 360p, and even that has stuttering sometimes. Running a tracert to the Twitch servers always ends with it timing out somewhere along the line. Previously, I could watch 720p+ with no issues.
I have the exact same issue. Maybe there is some sort of isp conspiracy going on.

I live on the east coast and i have also been having issues recently with comcast such as the internet cutting out randomly from time to time. I have never had an issue with comcast for the last several years that they were my isp.
