#2 How do i increase my FPS with dx9frames? in Q/A Help

OPSo I've seen some TF2 streamers like Mangachu using dx9frames and when i see them use it they get like 100 FPS solid. I really like dx9frames but whenever I use it I don't really feel like I get a bigger FPS boost. Can anyone tell me how I can get better FPS with dx9frames?
