He's a phenomenal teammate and person. Need him to take over for a day because you're leading a team and you're busy? He's got you. Want him to lead a map review? He's on it. Worried your team won't review their demos? In 2 seasons with him he's reviewed every demo to every scrim he's played. He's an excellent medic and holds his own on a combat class as well. If you want someone who will listen to criticisms and work his best to be his absolute best, try him out. You'd have to be braindead to not even consider him.
