Gunboats make Scout look way more overpowered than it really is when it's really Soldier's hitscan level that dropped immensely.

The rise in use of burst heal doomed everything medic class was, leading to an unbelievable pool of subpar medic spamming arrows thinking they're Robin Hood.

While pocket and aggro Scouts is definitively a thing, being unable to swap role on the fly is the big gap between a good Scout pair and a very good one.

Ok, it looks like it's quite possible. My dorm is in town, so it's likely to have good reception. I get 60 pings at my home anyway, so even if it's around 70 I won't see much difference.I'll try to get a bit more than #7 just to be safe.
