I have this all the time when I launch TF2 on top of mumble window.
Only launch TF2 when mumble window is not the active one.
ALT + 2x TAB sometimes help.

However RX 480 will cost a little more than in the list.

Doesn't look like they will be competing with nvidia on high end cards based on those specs. 5.5 TFLOPS from the R9 4000 series vs 9 TFLOPS on the 1080 and 6.5 on the 1070.
Article doesn't tell us if those specs are for R9 480 or R9 490. I don't believe they'll have same specs
Still specs without benchmarks are kinda useless

BloodisSlight update for EU, most of the players who already got banned for hacking and were found cheating by ETF2L AC staff will have another year added to their bans from the league.
Doesn't seem like there are any more Prem/High players VAC banned other than azn however.
Cheaters who were caught by VAC should be banned permanently and not just additional year.
