Why is there a heli-on-rails shooter mode?

It has a hashtag in the name and features a trap, it can't possibly be bad.
Considering they are up to Guilty Gear X2 Λ Core Plus R I'd say the game has some problems

My siblings pretty much stream every hour they are awake at home. Here's what our connection looks like when one of them is on netflix:

Cleary 1.5 Mbps isn't enough. Would 12 be good enough to cover their netflix/youtube addictions?
