Why crossbow is bad for TF2

ova117rocketslay5cp is an inherently stalemate-prone gamemode. Why not design/test out new payload, a/d, koth maps?a/d and koth might work, but payload sucks ass in 6s because you have to have a cartbitch. Idk if this is possible, but if someone made a PL map where the cart keeps going until a red player touches it, that would be good.
