There isn't any other good multiplayer FPS games on the market. Either tactical shooters (R6, Val, CSGO) or battle royales (Apex, fortnite, warzone). Which I don't like 0.1s time to kill and sluggish movement in tactical shooters and I don't like running around the map doing nothing and the random loots in battle royales.

The other AFPS games (QC, QL, DBT) tend to have big problems. QC has bad engine and is in permenant early access. QL has tons of veteran players so as a new player you get your shit kicked in and get shittalked alot, which isn't fun. Diabotical has a low playerbase, I really wish that it wasn't an epic store exclusive and was on steam.

TF2 has good movement, combat, improvement feels rewarding and nothing released recently can match it for me.

Is it possible to make a bind that when pressed once, changes to a weapon, then when it is pressed a second time changes to a new weapon?

I.e. I use right click to switch to pistol on scout. Is it possible once I switch to my pistol using right click. That I can press right click again to go back to scattergun?

Do you know if faceit pugs will have a hour requirement or something similar like tf2center? It might deter new players to comp tf2, which would suck. But it would also deter alt accounts and lead to higher quality pugs.

You could try aim trainers/kovaaks. I've personally felt that they help me on scout, but I don't think that they would help as much for the projectile classes.
