I think it is currently allowed. I haven't heard anything to the contrary, and since the CEVO client works differently from the ESEA client it should be fine. I would wait for official confirmation first though.
The only reason that it's banned in ESEA is because of CS, and their client does a blanket ban across all source games for it.
I feel like I do better with cl_smooth and cl_smoothtime set to their default values.
Also, I need to enable Process Lasso's game mode before I start playing, as well as changing my desktop visual theme to high performance.
I quit for about 6 months back in 2007-2008. Every time I played TF2 it killed my router. I got a new one around the time I started playing again.

Some of you probably know about this already, but I just found it today. It's a pretty handy resource for calculating sensitivity in a butt ton of different games, but with the added benefit of being able to convert your sens from one game to another.

Sweet FX works. From my understanding it's a sort of FXAA Injector and color correction tool. It will be picked up as a cheat by the ESEA Client though.
SylverJust ordered a Deathadder because I got a good deal on it, does it need Synapse to work? And if so, is Synapse as bad as I've been reading about?
I have never had any issues with Synapse. I heard a lot of bad stuff about it. When I got my DA 2013 though, I installed Synapse. It automatically detected my Razer keyboard, uninstalled the old drivers and updated everything to the newest drivers automatically.
I've never had any issues with it at all. It just sits there in the background doing nothing, causing no problems, and when I want it, it's there with everything in one spot.
I don't get the hate.
