Since this is a primarily 6's forum, you're best off looking for a team on either soldier, medic, or demo. It would be useful to list your hours, and I guess since you're new, any pugging experience even centers or w/e.

Best way to learn to dodge a class is to play the class you're trying to dodge. Then you might get a feel of how they think.
Dodging is kind of a mind game after a certain point, so try not to overthink it.
