something looks a little off with the medic beam....maybe the shape or position of it on the logo?...fuck i dunno
Everything else is great
edit: the beam should be that curve you have going into the sticky bomb...then somehow incorporate the sticky bomb into the old position where the medic beam is now
What's the deal with all these "FOR YOUR HEALTH" posts?
Box of Skittles? Lol diabetes!!!
Energy drinks? Lol heart attacks!!
Oh my bad...I forgot how healthy we must be sitting on our asses 24/7 and playing video games.
CAN I JUST GET STONED AND SLAM CODE-RED AND SHOVE CHEEZITS DOWN MY THROAT WHILE I FRAG IN PEACE!?!?!
Fog helped the Ducks with a server in the past
nice fellow he is
nice research
good write-up
big ol' dick
I'm not a fan of electronic music at all but good work for the time you put in. I like the transitions
bumping this for sal
No lie, he's great player with a very unique personality.
He's more of an aggressive scout with solid dm
wow i had no idea you could tag people on your friends list.....
holy shit im slow
0:00 - don't +foward into an uber
0:40 - have a goal in mind on who you are going to sticky
1:20 - don't need to attempt the fast rollout if you cannot do it. You took so much damage you cratered at mid. (practice outside of scrims)
1:50 - enemy team capped mid. They have uber..huge momentum. If you barely get forward spawn, it means they are coming! Prepare youself and create some distance!
2:30 - again with the rollout...just do whatever jumps you can nail 100% of the time..don't practice what you can't do in scrims. I rather be 1-2 sec late to mid with good health rather than to be a little faster with 30 hp (especially on process where the 1st enemy sticky can essentially kill you)
3:05 - First few seconds on mid are good for you, but after you get the soldier pick up top, you seem kind of lost. Try to listen to see what is hurt or where your team is fighting at. Don't be idle!
4:10 - WTF? You keep screaming for "medic!" and you get some heals...then you immediately sticky jump like 5 feet away, take 100 more damage from it, and keep spamming medic. Relax!!! You don't need to Kaidus 24/7 and think you always have to jump somewhere...you can walk !
5:20 - Pushing in last, you guys totally have it. But then you are at 260hp buffed...sitting behind the point (baiting your scout) and letting the enemy demo destroy everything. You lost because you did not pressure the demo enough
I'm going to stop watching here at this point, but I can watch more later.
Things I notice-
1. Your rollouts need help. Process has kind of a tricky rollout for demomen, but do your best.
2. You are constantly trying to sticky jump for whatever reason and its just not working. You are not timing your dets right and you are jumping at very bizarre times. Just relax and sit with the combo and understand what the fuck is going on around you. You seem very quick to GOGOGOGO when you should just analyze and figure out "should I push?...should I run?"
3. You are super aggro when you have no health, yet extremely passive with a 260 buff. Switch that around!
All of that being said, you are doing some things right. I only point out the bad things for criticism but don't give up! Demomen have the toughest job "getting good" because you aren't just DMing 24/7...you really need to understand what is going on so you can position yourself correctly.
Good luck...sorry for the huge post and I guess in the future we can do this via PMs
edit: I understand this is a newbie mix so a lot of the mistakes could be ironed if you were playing with an actual scrim team. Playing demo in pugs/lobbies/mixes is generally not a good time
b4nnySpyromancerHow much would it take to get weapons signed by the bp players I don't yet have?
We're pretty flexible. Though I only specified mentoring, we will try to satisfy all the people that donate, whether you want weapons signed, someone to MGE against, or just to chat with us, etc.
Hmm...pretty flexible? Satisfy all the people that donate?
Can't wait for you to satisfy me, b4nny. ^_^

do it
lol yes I remember Chaos (aka axe) back in the day. We used to one up each other on dustbowl stage 3 for kill streaks. We would have like 4 kritz medics from the community feeding us the whole game. I got to 88 I think.I thought I was the greatest ever.
Then he comes along and gets 110 or something so that was cool (ended the round with 150 points on db3).....
Then I discovered 6v6s and thought "wow no one gives a fuck about this pub shit."
And then I got Chaos to play on a newbie 6s team I made and he was fucking terrible (as was I).
GREAT STORY HUH!?!?! OH THOSE WERE THE DAYS
edit: we used to race on the hlstatx global website. We both hit top 10 at one point and I thought it meant EVERYTHINGGGGG
getting followers by any means necessary
more power to ya!
