#18 Semi-Competetive Gameplay Server! in TF2 General Discussion

Was on the server for around 30 minutes. I don't know, it seems weird.

-Random crits are off, but random spread is on? Really you should pick both of them or none of them, and most people would prefer both off I think.

-The white list is interesting. I have no idea what it is. A lot of weapons that are fun seemed to have been banned (FaN and Soda Popper) but the Wrangler and Gunslinger weren't? Certainly doesn't appear to follow any competitive whitelist, and it doesn't seem like you had a theme in mind.

-Maps are also a mix of goof off and serious. I'd just pick one and go for it. Most players, I find, if they ant a silly map like cp_orange they got to a 24/7 orange map for it, and I'd pick a good rotation over a lot of maps any day.

On the plus side, your server ran fine. Zero lag issues and my ping was great. No texture issues, nothing, other than downloading a file called "Dubstep" when joining?

I'd just either make it a "serious" pub (something I'd enjoy) and put a good rotation, fix the spread, and have either no or a limited whitelist, or just go full pub and make everything "fun". I understand you tried for a balance between the two, but you'd find yourself with a fuller server if you picked a side.

Not trying to sound like an ass, just my 2 cents.
