Demo Buddy (A tool for launching demos/recording)

JessikaJungAfter I used Virtual Dub and imported it onto Sony Vegas, the .avi stutters a lot, it even stuttered while using the recording tool in Demo Buddy, could it be my computer? I capped the fps at 60 and I set the resolution to 1280x720.
its normal for vegas to be shit, try changing the preview quality above the preview window (draft quarter will be the most smooth but look the worst)
