There's too many fake flags around here, so I've got to ask: In which country are you actually going to buy the parts?
If you're actually in the Philippines I'll need a link to a shop, or even better to a price comparision site.

I'm guessing it's not urgent, so I'd wait a bit for the Zen 6 and 4 core CPUs.

What fps/settings/resolution are you going for?
Do you need peripherals? Monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.?

- I don't actually live in the Philippines (I was just born there). I live in the US.. looking to spend US dollars.. in US stores.
- I'd love to play games smoothly with 200+ fps, and the resolution doesn't matter that much to me. I also plan on getting a 144hz monitor.
- Yes I need peripherals as well, but buying those should not affect my $800-1k budget.

I'd love some tips from you guys! I've been playing this game on my laptop and I'm planning to upgrade by finally building a PC now that I have the budget. The only thing is that I don't have any experience in building PCs and this will be my first time ever building one. My current budget is $800~ (but I think I can bump that up to $1000 in a couple of weeks since my bday's coming up soon :3) Can you guys guide me through which parts I should and should not buy for my current situation? And yes, I will mainly use this PC to play games such as tf2, csgo, and overwatch. What parts would be the best bang for my buck?

I think with "slot1; slot2" you can switch back and forth between your secondary and primary?
No idea what that extra ";slot1" would be good for.

the extra slot1 is there so when you have a melee out and you press q it will go to your slot 1 and not your slot 2

IIRC isn't it a bit more complicated? I made my own way back then and it was something like this:

alias one "slot1;r_drawviewmodel 0; viewmodel_fov 0; bind q two"
alias two "slot2;r_drawviewmodel 1; viewmodel_fov 80; tf_use_min_viewmodels 1; bind q one"

bleh1984, Brave New World, Animal Farm, Things Fall Apart are all books I've had to read in my english classes.
edit: i liked 1984 because i like stuff about dystopias and animal farm because it was just interesting to read about animals talking and stuff without it being a kids book.

wtf did you go to the same school as mine because I swear I read the exact same books..

I have a question about resolution as well: Does changing your resolution from 16:9 to 4:3 affect your sensitivity in any way?
