So Currently I have an 11 Year Old Laptop that Can't run TF2 on 60 FPS, Only 20 -30 on 2fort, and it makes my aim terrible ESPECIALLY with Melee, I have seen a lot of Comp Users use it, yet I'm incredibly confused, I have searched on google and it thought I meant full color decals for Objectors, Yet that wosn't Even close to what I was thinking, so can Somebody help me with that and What Config it is? That'll be Much Appreciated.
