Yeah, I think you're right about the taunt camera-rotating. But if you look at the slowed down 2% video, you can see he actually re-scopes after taunting and that's where the sus flick happens. It's pretty hard to see in the first clip since it happens so fast

If he had flicked to the point like that without being scoped, I don't think it would look nearly as sus
