Lawena not loading -dxlevel 98

First sorry if my english is bad :<
Okay, so i reinstall and reinstall Lawena and when executing TF2 with it doesn't load -dxlevel 98 and if it does, TF2 looks pixelate as hell. Everything else works fine.

". 2 months after we did that file the same teacher that told the class to write the card called my friend and me (and his mom, lol) asking us why and what does that mean.
at the end nothing happened because my friend said the truth and i just made look myself as an idiot and bad friend.
