Help fov_desired 90 but feels like fov 70

So I'm now on a new pc and there's something very off with my fov. It feels like 70 at 90, but it does go lower if I lower the value. I play with 16:9 1920x1080 resolution, any idea what could cause this? I still use the same monitor and so on. Could it be some weird windows setting or smth like that?

Yeah, just awfully put joke. Was referring Amos Yee, not very clearly, but that guy speaks for pedofiles that they are being treated unfairly by majority population with laws stopping them from having sex with children. Also providing some sort of studies that would "prove" it actually isn't damaging as fuck for the child having sex with an adult if there's consent etc. Just insane.
