IM Demo lf mentor

I've been playing demo for around a season now and feel that I'm at a point where I'd benefit from an invite or similar demoman to watch demos with me periodically to help me improve. I'm currently playing for the Wet Bandits in IM and we're expecting to make playoffs.
I already know a lot of what I need to work on, at least from what I can tell -- when to use pipes, my ammo management, and my rollouts -- but to finesse my play I'd like to learn from someone who has a deeper understanding of the class.
