#8 scout looking mid/high open, also down to try IM in Recruitment (looking for team)

This guy is a good scout, I've known and played with him for a long time now. He should be in a high open team or lower bracket IM team. His soldier is pretty solid, and is annoyingly good at pyro. Also, he is related to the Canadian god, Lambert.
