BuschmasterACRwhile the initial boost to bandwidth might be good, the google+ integration into chat and streaming is a definite. The main concern, however is google's heavyhanded contentID system that would ban nearly all copyrighted music and even some games (think of that one Day One garry's Incident game).
Plus monopolization of the video streaming market isn't good for viewers, streamers or chat users. It's really only beneficial for those making money off of it. A lack of competition will eventually drive Twitch to be a worse website as a whole, think of google's google+ with youtube disaster.
They realize that the Google+ thing was stupid and did not work so why would them doing the same thing with Twitch be "a definite"? See also - http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2014/04/report-google-to-end-forced-g-integration-drastically-cut-division-resources/
It says "Rollover for Trailer" right on the ad. You rolled over a little too hard brah
Assuming I have the time and I enjoy all competitive TF2, although 6s is more important to me, why should I (or how would it benefit me to) play both 6s and HL instead of just playing more 6s?
bscraikuINB4 TF2 movie about banny, shade and mirelin
that'd be pretty boring
The emotional weight of the movie is hinged on the fact that so much money is on the line. For most people who don't follow competitive video games money is the only thing that justifies all the time spent gaming.
kirby#277 do petitions on that website ever succeed
Depends on your definition of succeed. Once a petition gets a certain number of signatures they basically just have to issue a statement acknowledging it exists, they don't actually have to implement whatever the people want.
romeo_loveOK I answered my own question:
Here is the list for UGC (no client)
http://www.ugcleague.com/banlist_tf2.cfm
I couldn't find one for CEVO, just people complaining about the lack of a public list

reillyRagn4rCan we get moved down to open? :p
I think you can just recreate your roster. Not sure if there is rules against that though.
I know how to play in open, I was joking. I learned way more getting shit on in IM last season than any other time in my tf2 "career" so I'd rather not take a step back just for ducats.
eXtineA pro-esea'er should really get a thread going on /r/TF2 or /r/TrueTF2... While TF.tv is a great hub for us, there are a lot of TF2ers who don't come here.
http://www.reddit.com/r/truetf2/comments/1yvgk7/the_death_of_tf2/ That's the only one I found but I'm sure someone could make a better case.
GL rallying teams together.
The top voted comment on that page is from somebody who has never played competitively. It might be possible to convince some people on r/truetf2 to make an open team but the reddit communities are MUCH more casual in general. Also r/tf2 is cancer
PlatypusIf they refuse to refund unused premium, call your credit card issuer and chargeback, AMEX and Visa will normally fuck the merchant over the keep you happy.
I'm not certain but I'm pretty sure ESEA will ban you for that
If you use Amazon this is a great resource - http://camelcamelcamel.com/
Better and way older version of that comment bit - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzgEi_u9-88
