I'm not a soldier main (fortunately for my teammates), but you could try demos.tf to look for demos of a specific soldier.
If there's a high-tier soldier you have in mind, you could see if his name shows up there. Then you can download the STV demo, get on the soldier cam and see what they do.
Also jump maps are great. Like super great.

Usually when I'm gaming my fps drops for every single uber I drop. So my fps drops very rapidly in very little time.
Maybe if you play the game and drop other medics, your fps will go up?
