#81 girls in Off Topic

Dude, we are humans. Just talk to us like you were talking to that one guy who you think has cool opinions and you want to get to know better. We are not that different from guys on what we like or what we can't stand (for example, it's never a good idea to swear a lot to friends in making, they might not be used to it and get offended, no matter their gender. Start slowly).

It might be hard for you since you said you get them sweats and all that, but try to forget about how girls are supposed to be so different from boys. That's the thing really, treat us as equals. We are neither walking holes for you to stick your penis into, nor some unachievable creations of evolution... It shouldn't be that hard of a concept to grasp, really.

Gotta also agree with a fellow nope here:

#13 An issue with your computer is blocking VAC in Q/A Help

I'm seconding Twisted here, nothing I've found helps with this thing, only time. For me it has been everything between 6 minutes to 2 hours, so it might seem some of the suggestions help one time when the second time they won't. In my two years of playing TF2 I've gotten this bug on 3 different computers.

MadKthen I used the stock hud and everything worked out well. might be custom huds?

I only started using a custom hud two weeks ago, I doubt it to be the source of the problem (tho it could be one of the many things that could cause the bug, of course).

I got this bug three times last week within 48 hours, and sent Valve some ugly mail about it. I only hope they will fix this issue when MM comes out, or at least find out what causes it.

#80 Things You do to Help Fall Asleep in Off Topic

If I have some stuff on my mind, I do some sudokus (on paper) before sleeping. They don't allow too much random thoughts, and for me they are easy enough (as long as I don't pick the hardest ones :p) to complete without becoming too focused. Once I get stuck and can't solve them anymore I just put them away and usually fall asleep.

Listening others yawning in Mumble calms me down pretty well. :)
