they changed when you can change interp, i forget the specifics, but perhaps you just look at scout interp at the times it wouldnt have worked anyway

Having cooldowns now makes skillceiling higher? I had 2/3 hotbars full of cooldown abilities back when I played wow ages ago. Is WoW arena or whatever that shit was called the game with the highest skillceiling ever now?
loved it, only bad thing I can say is that the parts without commentary suddenly felt weird to me after hearing so much of it.

How can huhy play against himself?
I hated every second of it. Gameplay felt so slow and generic. The idea behind it is great, but I feel like it's only good 10% of the time.
Sound design is kind of poor. The mechanics are solid. The scares are cheap. The atmosphere is cheesy. If you're into these sort of games it's probably worth the money. To me it's just QTEs, running past monsters and pointless walking.

Rabbit lose marbles. Bunny and rabbit they fight and swear to never see each other again.

You can try 'verify integrity of game cache' under local files in tf2 properties. I think that worked for me once. Or you might have to reinstall.
I still think the GRU are a terrible item for 6s, if only because watching heavies is the most boring thing in the world.
Excited to see more unlock shenanigans though.
I don't know too much about it, but Dishonored speedruns looked pretty fun.
