If you have a GameServer server you have FTP access. Download FileZilla:

Your FTP IP is the IP of your server. The port for FTP is defaulted to 21. Your username and password is usually the same as your GameServer account username/password. If not then check your account settings.

From there you can manipulate/add/remove the files on your server. You can follow this guide to set up Replays:

Honestly though, I wouldn't even bother. Replays break a lot, they're pretty unreliable, crash a lot, sometimes fail to download. Demos are better in a lot of ways. Only reason they ever existed in TF2 - along with pretty much everything added to TF2 in the last three years - was a test for DOTA 2.

I remember being in Algebra class, 5th grade. I remember where I was sitting. Our assistant principle comes in and hands our teacher a notice from the government. The Twin Towers have been attacked, as well as the Pentagon. At first I didn't know how bad it was and my teacher seemed confused as well. Then we went home early to be with our family.

This is easily avoidable by going into Advanced Options and unchecking "Suicide after choosing a player class". A lot of people don't seem to have this unchecked (I even watched someone at this past ESEA LAN suicide because of it), it's pretty important if you want to avoid embarrassing yourself :).

The above binds works fine, I added an extra command for when I'm messing with class configs:

bind "KP_HOME" "join_class scout; exec scout"
bind "KP_UPARROW" "join_class soldier; exec soldier"
bind "KP_PGUP" "join_class pyro; exec pyro"
bind "KP_LEFTARROW" "join_class demoman; exec demoman"

bind "KP_RIGHTARROW" "join_class engineer; exec engineer"
bind "KP_END" "join_class medic; exec medic"
bind "KP_DOWNARROW" "join_class sniper; exec sniper"

You can bind loadouts like this:

bind "F1" "load_itempreset 0";
bind "F2" "load_itempreset 1";
bind "F3" "load_itempreset 2";
bind "F4" "load_itempreset 3";

This only works for the class you are on however so I'm not sure if this answers your question completely.
