I'm a div 5 medic in etf2l and I got appointed to be the maincaller in my team. My calls are somewhat good and clear, decision making is ok, I can take track of ubers and I press tab but 50% of the time when I make a call the team just doesn't react to it or does something else than what I told them (e.g. pushing without my permission, not pushing when I tell them too etc.) We still win most of our matches but I get really upset and frustrated everytime we fail a push because of them not listening. So TFTV, what do?
