Now I have played with arzt hispanian for three seasons now, and it's been an absolutely unforgettable ride. Throughout all my time playing with him I feel arzt has probably been one of the nicest, most genuine, and non-toxic players i've ever played with, while still maintaining a hilarious and goofy personality. Arzt almost never gets tilted, no matter how bad the situation, i've never seen him lash out or get mad at any of his teammates, or start getting emotional and playing poorly. His dm is also quite good. To quote xbs, "Arzt can hold his own with his dm, but he will play the "hold too forward and get tanked" demoman, and when he plays against better players he'll quickly get turned into ash". To be completely honest, this quote exemplifies arzt’s biggest problem. His dm is good, the catch is his positioning can be quite awful. This stems from the idea of once he gets an plan of what he wants to do in his head, he will either feed or accomplish his goal. The best way to circumvent this is by actually talking to him, going over what needs to be done, and just establishing good communication with him. While arzt has over six years of experience in highlander; he lacks the same level of familiarity when it comes to sixes, and this will need to be mitigated through team building exercises such as map and demo reviews. While inexperienced in sixes; in a two season span, arzt has gone from one of the biggest meme demos in highlander plat/invite to being able to hold his own and even outperform against the likes of mae, exile, and fygg. Granted, highlander is a completely different game mode and while arzt has had successful placings in highlander; in sixes he hasn't had a chance to really show what he's capable of. However I think this point still stands that arzt has the drive and dedication to rapidly improve and adjust to his surroundings, while still being a silly, supportive, teammate in the process. I hold a firm belief that Arzt is an amazing teammate, friend, demo, and just all around great guy. While he has his flaws, I'd like to believe that all the strengths of his personality, and willingness to improve will definitely blossom if he gets on a team that supports him.
