mage24365I wasn't a fan of how the brackets panned out ("hey, let's match the plat/gold team against the steel/silver team!").
The brackets also were put up 20-30 minutes before the event started, when they were supposed to be up the previous day.
The steam chat was a gigantic clusterfuck. Information was poorly relayed because of that. In future, announcements should be used.
This didn't feel casual in the slightest. Once again, thanks for severely damaging a friend group.
feel free to tell me that you went in here not expecting to be matched up against high-tiered teams at one point or another
