That is stated at the end of it, so they'll still be different from usual cosmetics but let's hope what they mean by that is we won't see animal heads and zombies with distorted colors year round.
Sounds like the result of custom sounds on an sv_pure server. If you have anything like that disable it, and you can keep the config.
Other than that, you can change the steam cloud settings to TF2 by right clicking it, clicking properties, the tab downloads, then checking the steam cloud option on the bottom of that tab.
I've been playing off and on as backup/ringer for teams. After a UGC gold team falling apart right before the season I'm looking to play again. Looking for low open.
I understand the calls and positioning of the current maps, practice frequently, really enjoy the game, and enjoy teams where we can stick in the mumble afterwards and talk, instead of showing up on a schedule each night and then leaving.
Try playing the demo, stopping the playback, and then playing it again.

if there's a scout on your team that runs around say "HEAL ME I NEVER GET ANY HEALS HEAL ME I AM IMPORTANT" or there's somebody that pours on the abuse if they die, step in and say something.
Actually one of the reasons I stopped playing mix, some guy who always added scout (think it was one of the admins) would do this so much.

There is no RTD, and getting a community established helps keep a regular playerbase. If there's a regular playerbase, crits can turn off.
I am hosting a US server. It's a rotation of both stock and some custom maps, as well as a few source mod plugins. Crits and spread will remain on(As much as I hate them, more players like them on than off) it uses RTV and random map selection if no one is voting.
As well, getting the server noticed would be nice, as I won't use quick-play for the sake of wanting custom maps on the server. Please add it to your favorites and get friends to do the same.

So, starting yesterday, my projectiles have started to "lag" whenever I shoot a rocket, pipe, sticky, etc. the model of it will stay from where it was fired for a second then go forward, then it will become invisible, shortly later it appears again, with a delayed explosion.
This is only on a server running a config, after a ready up though. Pubs and my own listen server work perfectly fine. And it's fine before the ready up happens. The doors are lagged too, they don't move at all, and will finally get out of the way when they would normally be done moving.
I tried changing interp, and restarting my router. I was also sitting at 50-60 ping the entire time.
