#9 i'm looking for a new GFXcard (nvidia vs amd) in Hardware
MaxHaxI totally disagree about the age thing,

Disagree all you want. It doesn't make it less true. The 290x was made to compete with the 780ti and was slightly slower and cheaper at the time. Now the 290x sits in between the 970 and 980 while the 780ti sits close to the 960/970. After the frame time issues, microstuttering, and 3.5gb incident, card killing drivers ruining my 480, lying about async support i will not be purchasing anything else from them for a very long time.

#5 i'm looking for a new GFXcard (nvidia vs amd) in Hardware
dMenaceCan't really beat the 280x for the price imo

If you look on ebay you can score a 7970 ghz for around 110$ if you are lucky. It is the same thing.

Avoid Nvidia like the plague unless you have more money than brains. Nvidia cards age like milk.

If you have a GFX card as a placeholder just wait. The new 14nm HBM2 cards are coming out soon(ish).

conductorweight 130g

So it weighs more than Jupiter...

Looks like a nice shape but that weight ruins it for me. My DA 2013 was to heavy for me unmodded @ 97 grams. (i reduced the weight of mine by pulling the LEDs and drilling out the inner shell). Even with the weight removed at 105 grams it is in RSI territory. Lightweight for a mouse is sub 85 grams.

What is the point of a metal base on a mouse? I have NEVER heard of the bottom plate of a mouse failing. All this seems to do is increase the weight and jack up the cost.

#25 Can't Change My Max_Fps in Q/A Help

Set your fps_max to 999. It only glitches if you go over 1000 and hitting your FPS cap in source engine games causes input lag.

Quertthe fermi paradox

There is no paradox. Interstellar space travel is just REALLY difficult and limited to the stars within about 10 LY (you can get about 10% light speed off of a Orion drive our or Nuclear salt-water rocket with 1980s level tech however it is prohibitively expensive and against more than one space treaties). Radio waves don't make it much further than 1 LY before they are indistinguishable from background noise.

Basically there could be intelligent alien life close by and we wouldn't even know about it.

Would not sound terribly out of place in the 70s.

#25 Projectile Lag in Q/A Help

You are getting choke. The issue is probably on your ISP's end. Try asking them for a better router/modem. I had this same issue before mine got swapped.

#2 What rate setting should I use? in Q/A Help

Why would you want it at anything less than max? This isn't the 90s where you got to worry about saturating your connection by playing videogames.

The only time you should be using less than max rate is if you are on dial-up our on a TERRIBLE DSL connection.
