No, ideally I'd like it to be 5-7 cm shorter so I can properly rest my forearm

I read a few threads here, CM seems to be a popular choice and blues/browns seem to get recommended for general gaming and typing. I'd honestly prefer a 60% one without leds (I don't like paying for redunant features) but I can't find any that are sold in my country. I can get it for 80 eur, am I getting my money's worth or can I expect something better in that price range?
Monitor: 24" XL2411P BenQ
It's 240 eur and I'd like to know if it's worth it or if I can get a cheaper good 144hz monitor. Also, the 24" XL2430 is 350 eur and I can't see any difference between the two except for the weight. Does that mean the 110 eur difference is because the latter has a metal stand or am I missing something?
Thanks in advance
