eBay is a good way to find out what people are selling items for. The new cards are still pretty desireable so you should be able to get most of your money back. Keep in mind sometimes people do list higher on eBay though due to a 10% cut eBay takes. Paypal g&s should be good enough for you. Just make sure you check your email and account directly and that there are no holds on the payment. Good luck with sale.

CrimeSceneOnly buy his PC part if he fills up a invoice for you with the name of the part and the amount due. Once he sends you the invoice he will ship it to your confirmed address and he can add the tracking info right in the invoice. With invoices its extremely hard for both parties to charge back. If he doesn't want to fill a invoice, don't do it unless he's your homie.
