As I play in eu servers, i get 100-120ms ping and my hitscan registration is pretty inconsistent.
Below is the network setting i chose to use, by just "kinda experimenting with stuff" :
rate 100000
cl_interp 0
cl_interp_ratio 1
cl_cmdrate 67
cl_updaterate 67
My download rate is 2mbps and my upload is 0.7mbps. I normaly have no packet loss and 0-6 choke.
Is there anything i can change to improve my registration?
Everyone sums up "tracking" by keeping the crosshair on your target as much as possible. But one thing I haven't seen anybody mention, is the more optimal, more stable way to do it. Wether you should look at your target and try to follow him with your crosshair or should you look at your crosshair and try to chase the opponent with it.
And even then, should you activly try to predict the opponent's movement or clear your mind about all that and just react to the moment. If the latter is the more stable way to go with, what's the best practice for reaction time and how to reduce that delay you may have for "sudden moves" and how to keep up with those...
And should you even think about these stuff or let your brain automaticly do it for you.
P.s: This post can be considered a series of questions about tracking which I personaly struggle with.
meanwhile we're begging for warcraft remaster... cmonBruh
jyrkasI have it. The L version. I've had qck and hyperx fury pro l before and swift rx is faster than qck
altho my question depends on what surface you put your pad on, i have to ask, does it stick to your desk alright? i had a goliathus that pretty much moved with my mice!
Anyone using Cooler Master SWIFT-RX here? I've had my eye on it for a couple of days, didnt find alot of threads on it in overclock.net
any issues i should be worried about? Currently using qck heavy, does the job close to perfect for me but i'm gettin bored of it.
as a g502 user for almost 2 years now, I strongly recommend you not to go anywhere near this mice. specialy if you're in us and have access to mice with 3360/66 sensor that dont look like fucking alien spaceships and are lighter, hence easier for user to adjust to them. Like g403.
Personaly I dont know anybody who gives a shit about this. We liked canada more anyway!
Sad to see a jump enthusiast leave.
I'd appreciate it if you could give me the strange killstreak black box so i could shoot 150ms rockets with it!
Congratulations to all top four teams for giving us such awesome and close matches. SO MANY TIMES a team pushed all the way to their opponent's last, just to beef the last push and eventualy lose the round in 40secs!
(right now)I geniunely believe that even tho small, tf2 has the most passionate community between every other game that is considered an esport.
