Like I said I don't know if its a 100% solution, but its worth a shot I suppose.
No reason he should just play the victim and fuck over people who were doing something genuine.
No chance at all because it was you giving the items over. Valve expects you to do your own due diligence. If they can confirm your account was hacked, that's really the only time they'd give you back items.
Yeah that makes sense, I was going off the message I got when I went to disable it. I don't know it word for word, but it was something along the lines of. "If you disable this feature there is no way for valve to return any items that might be stolen"

Recently started watching it with friends again, I never remembered all the bullshit, like when Yugi fights panik "I was attacking your castles flotation ring!"
Also in grade 5 I tried to organize a yu gi oh tournament in class, some kid showed up with a full deck of blue eyes and monster reborn he printed off at home.

If you're open to more then just tf2 stuff, photographers are pretty prevalent at fighting game events, if you can get those clean shots of the players, people love those. Not sure if they get paid, but I guess its exposure, if there happens to be one near by to you.

Convincing my Computer Science teacher to let us play Unreal tournament in class. I remember he drew Pseudo code and flow charts on the board talking about gamestates and stuff, and he just said "Glance over at it every now and then, and if the principal comes by, tell him its research" Then we all got donged on by one guy.
