the stickybomb design you linked is actually the one we tried to use for ours, however even at this size (which i thought was quite large) the spacing of the gaps was too intricate and there was concern it would bleed through, so we had to change the image. just a thought.
solution is to make it HELLA LARGE

60 damage is like 3 shots with pistol right now thats underpowered. u should be able to kill a scout in a clip
problem is pistol is used after dumping ur scattergun clip. if ur not a shitter at scout (which i am lol) then you shouldn't need to hit someone for much more than half their health after shooting ur 6 scatter shots. 60 should be plenty to finish off someone.
if u give pistol perfect accuracy, after 1 clip your scout fight is over.

Jynxiibeginner is made for exactly what its named after, beginners to competitive. A more serious place than tf2 center for people to get a good starting ground.
if what ur looking for is serious/committed low level tf2 then tf2pl is absolutely not the best place for that unless u exclude the leagues. it's def better than center, sure, but it's NOT a good learning environment unless a better player decides to go fuck it and play in the lower divs to guide the newbies that don't know what to do
ALSO im not well versed in euro leagues and stuff but if i were you I wouldn't start playing in tf2pl beginner. I'd look for a team in a low league (ugc iron not sure if it's relevant in EU)
