Yo, the point of playing comp TF2 is having a good time (if that's your intention), and if you're trying to make your team more enjoyable to play, that's fine. But honestly, if you still feel very uncomfortable w/ your team, it's going to be like that for the whole season and you'll hate it.

...So if you don't like it, find a different team
