Jay has enough experience to have him qualified to be at least high open/low IM. Though I haven't had an insane amount of interaction with the guy, he seems to be a chill person and less likely to rage/snap at people. Get him on your team.

Dank improved a lot this season, and he's always striving to do better esp. when he recognizes his own mistakes. Along with that he makes good plays as soldier and is very laid back and calm, so that's always a nice plus.
Overall, would recommend. If you want someone that is a good teammate who strives to get better this is your chance!
