Btw some of the rules are pretty subjective and you're bound to run into issues.

1.4: You must attempt to pick a team of the highest possible skill. - V. Subjective, what if they did try and you just disagree?

3.1: You must not apply for a sub spot in a prem/div1 pug if you are not currently at that skill level. - Whats classed as a prem/div 1 pug? 1 player in prem? What if theres a singular person whos Div2 - is it no longer prem?

Not saying they're bad rules because they're not, I think the idea for them is good but its gonna cause you issues.

Only bad rule is one appeal rule, someone should be able to appeal as many times as they want - unless you mean one appeal per ban which is fair, but if one appeal overall then that's dumb.
