I was on placement at a GP last year for university and stayed in contact with my attached GP. I asked him about drug use and patient confidentiality and this is what he said

1) I try to always talk about whats making me mad/going wrong after a fight when theres time. Sometimes it slips out though and you get mad during a fight in which its totally right for teammates to tell you to shut the fuck up. But screaming constantly and then going mute does not solve the issue.

2) People have different personas dependant on different people, just like how you act different in-front of friends/in-front of people you just met/in-front of your mom/dad. Obviously, opinions change when you become more accustomed and interact more with someone. Don't know if you knew timon but he was a fucking dick to other people who didnt know him, he literally did it for fun to piss people off, but to me he was the nicest guy, even paid my internet bill once so I could play scrims and an official lol.
